Mission

Support people and organisations design their future.

About Me

At 17, I left Portugal for the UK, later advancing my career in Germany. This early expat experience cultivated adaptability, self-reliance, and my curiosity about people and their motivations, which fueled my career and leadership style. Following the completion of my Master's in Industrial Engineering, I acquired various professional experiences.

From leading teams to optimizing processes and spearheading global initiatives, I've consistently delivered meaningful results.

Particularly, in 2019, I led a team of 13 across 9 projects, successfully improving team transparency, efficiency and atmosphere by deploying agile and value alignment workshops.

In 2020, I optimized processes, boosting team efficiency successfully achieving top down organisational targets.

In 2022, I deployed agile workshops globally in multiple projects with the aim to improve project efficiency.

And in 2024, I am leading transformation and change initiatives in software development, driving innovation and successful site deployment on pilot projects across Europe.

Through my development, I've realized the crucial role that an individual and group perspective, mindset, well-being, and relationships play in peak organizational performance. Now, as an Executive Coach, I prioritize well-being while guiding individuals and organizations toward their goals.
